What: Multiple Large Spiral Freezer Replacements including process and packaging improvements in an operating food plant.
Scope: Provide Construction Project Management to plan and execute the removal of existing aged and abused spiral freezers that have multiple food safety issues. Redirect and maintain the GMP of portion of the plant still in operation. Upgrade the structural, civil, sanitary design, utility, fire suppression and ammonia systems to support the new freezers, process upgrades and packaging upgrades.
